We are currently looking for a new Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources department in our Fontainebleau campus. This is a full-time, permanent contract, with an ideal start date September 2021.
The new Human Resources Business Partner ( HRBP ) works with HR Director of the Europe campus ( HRD ) who also acts as the Senior Business Parter for the Chief Operations Officer ( COO ) and the Dean’s Office. The HRBP prepares and follows-on actions linked to the CSE, CSSCT and union negotiations and supports the HRD in the implementation of new HR processes related to the COO organization and the Dean’s Office.
This role will act as a bridge between HR and the rest of the INSEAD leadership and will be on hand to assist in enforcing HR compliance policies, coaching leaders in best practice and handling employee issues for their supported departments.
As part of HR’s continuing transformation, the HRBP will play a key role in the change management process; leading and accompanying change across the business.
Main tasks include:
CSE, CSSCT and union negotiations meetings in France: Prepare meetings and follow-up on related actions
Support and guide other HRBPs on employee relations in France
Support and follow-up, identification and actions to address psycho social risks on the Europe campus as per legal requirements
Support the Senior Business Partner for COO and Dean’s office on projects & implementation of Center of Expertise initiatives
Clarifies, as needed, operational issues raised by the Human Resources Shared Services team
Interesting figures throughout the year:
12 monthly CSE meetings per year, including 3 required annual consultations
Up to 5 extraordinary consultation meetings
Up to 5 union agreement revisions
Position provides HR solutions for more than 200 employees globally
The ideal candidate for this role should have the following:
Fluency in French and English
Business school or Law + HR degrees
5 years (at least) experience in an international company with progressive HR practices
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Assertiveness tempered by ability to compromise
