Maintaining focus in a dynamic team environment
Consistently managing a funnel of 50-100 accounts
Meeting aggressive activity requirements – approximately 50+ contacts daily
Responding to inbound leads in a timely and professional manner
Connecting with clients over the phone and through well-written email communications
Educating clients on the products and services you’re offering
Providing clients consultative direction on the best use of their advertising funds given the campaign goals
Effectively collaborating with peers in and outside of your organization
Meeting and exceeding sales & revenue targets
Accurately setting client expectations to ensure an outstanding experience
You Also Happen To Have:
A college degree (preferred but not required, Bachelor’s desirable)
1+ years of Radio or Digital media sales experience preferred
A professional demeanor including outstanding phone etiquette
Experience in a customer care environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Multiple languages strongly preferred
