Who We Are Looking For:

The AGCO Parts Division has an exciting opportunity for an Inside Sales Specialist – Aftersales Manager to join its team in business support and growing the dealer’s aftersales. The Inside Aftersales Manager will work with AGCO dealers and internal functions to develop and sustain a profitable distribution network with industry-leading Aftersales support and customer satisfaction. Inside Sales, experience is required, AG experience is preferred. Must reside within commuting distance of the aforementioned AGCO offices. A hybrid remote work flex schedule will be available for the right candidate. This position offers a great stepping stone to advance within AGCO’s corporate structure.

The Inside Aftersales Manager is AGCO’s dealer-facing representative responsible for AGCO’s Parts & Services business, which includes business support and growing the dealer’s aftersales business. This will be a hybrid role with 2 days onsite. The Inside Aftersales Manager will be responsible for Aftersales programs execution and marketing, training dealer personnel on AGCO’s aftermarket product offerings, services, and processes. Metrics, such as absorption rate, inventory turns, revenue per FTE, technician efficiency, and etc., will be used by Inside Aftersales Manager to guide AGCO dealers to grow their parts and service business while leveraging best practices across dealers and regions. The Inside Aftersales Manager is expected to work collaboratively and cross-functionally with the Field Aftersales team to include the processing dealer orders within their assigned regions.

What You Will Do:

Coordinate the execution of structured Aftersales Development Action Plans for dealers to achieve the highest levels of performance

Revenue Growth for AGCO
Improve Dealer Absorption

Drive revenue for AGCO parts and services through dealer support in retail marketing, promotion, programs, and consulting

Profitable Growth for AGCO and Dealers Program adoption or take rate

Improve dealer service operational efficiency and profitability by analyzing service metrics, such as PDI, warranty recovery rate, field campaign completion, etc., and executing an improvement action plan

Dealer Excellence metrics
Customer Satisfaction

Provide training to dealers for AGCO parts and services systems, in addition, to encouraging dealer attendance in AGCO training programs

Adoption of training and service tools
Training attendance and certification

Process Promo Class 11 orders

Revenue Growth for AGCO

What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s degree in technical or business-related fields.
0-3 years of Cold Calling experience in Aftermarket Parts or Product Support Function
Proficiency using Microsoft Office, specifically Excel

A Plus if you have:

Education in agricultural fields including technology, marketing, or business
Interpersonal skills
OEM or dealership experience
Basic knowledge of agricultural or industrial equipment
Expert Level Time Management Skills, utilized while balancing incoming and outgoing calls
Experience with Salesforce

Travel Requirements:

Must be willing to travel occasionally
