The Coated Products Operations (CPO) consists of three manufacturing plants, 4 Slitting and Distribution Centers, and a majority interest partnership in Mexico. The CPO manufactures pressure sensitive label stock, utilizing a variety of face stock, adhesive and release liner combinations. Product capabilities include an expanded film line, as well as traditional paper, foil and thermal offerings. The Coated Products facility in Green Bay has completed a major expansion, making this plant a state-of-the-art facility. The expansion has doubled the size of our plant, and includes a new building, coater, slitters and Automated Sequencing System.
Responsible for coordinating, planning and leading computer related activities for this business unit.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining computer systems to support the information systems.
Manage both the programming and coordinator teams.
This position is a working managers role with knowledge of internal, corporate, customer, and supplier business processes and interfaces.
Solid understanding of IT systems that support a manufacturing operation
This role bridges the gap between IT technical systems and the needs of customers and internal departments
Bachelors or Masters Degree in a computer related field
Five to ten years of IT development experience
Management and leadership experience
Advanced .Net development experience
Progress development a plus
Linux experience would be beneficial
ERP software experience
Hands on experience in development and server/networking hardware
Strong communication skills
Ability to operate in a highly demanding environment
