Job Description

We are looking for a passionate colleague who loves to go the extra mile in a fast growing, young and dynamic IT company; you would be the ambassador of our company philosophy while building a solid talent pool in order to find the best candidates. Netcentric may probably feel like home for you if you are flexible, even when choosing a new working spot everyday.

This role can also be considered for remote applicants in Germany only

Your Tasks:
Interact with potential candidates via social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Xing etc).

Draft and send recruiting emails to the pre-selected candidates

Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to determine position key requirements

Recognize qualified applicant profiles utilizing different sourcing procedures

Create talent pools for future hiring needs

Maintain applicant databases through our Applicant Tracking System

Correspond with past candidates in regards to available job openings

Analyzing data and detecting the trends in the market, collating reports

Screening CVs and applications received

Qualifications

What is required:
Fluent in German and English

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to present our company and open roles to potential candidates

Outstanding time-management skills

Ability to work in teams or individually as and when required. Motivation to work in a distributed, international team

Good interpersonal and organizational skills

International experience sourcing, headhunting and attracting new talent

Fluent Spanish/Romanian

Familiarity with task management and wiki-based documentation tools like JIRA

Enthusiasm and an open mind which is looking for continuous improvement
