we are looking IT Technician with 3 to 4 years experience in Onsite Desktop support for Stuttgart and its nearby places, candidate must have

  • Extensive experience on windows 10 and Office 365 , Active directory , SCCM , Computer Hardware & software support
  • Manage Desktop Devices (hardware, software and connectivity) incidents through to resolution.
  • Manage IMAC and desk side support services.
  • Experience with Service management tool – ex-Servicenow, Remedy
  • Should have good expertise on EUC tools, remote support tools, MS office and outlook.
  • Monitor security profiles and anti-virus software on all Desktop Devices and take appropriate action in the event of non-compliance with security requirements
  • Experience with AD and smart hands and feet support.
  • knowledge and experience of supporting MAC devices and tablets

Contract length: 12 months minimum

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Salary: 2,800.00€ – 2,900.00€ per month
