Junior Business Manager for Risk and Compliance Chief of Staff Job at Credit Suisse – in Zürich, ZH
You will support the Group Risk Officer as well as the Global Head of Compliance as part of the Chief of Staff Team to prepare their Senior Meetings and Communication.
You support the team to ensure highest quality of our CRO / CCO meeting preparation (including amongst others the Executive Board, input to Board meetings, meeting regulators and auditors)
Gather information from various parts of the organization, screen, summarize and visualize content adequately for senior management
Independently take over the organization and execution of recurring tasks like weekly Management Talking Points, Agenda Outlook, or the Employee Onboarding Booklet
Support the organization of events (e.g. Town Hall, Offsite, Bootcamp)
Support task forces or small projects as project office or stream lead
Draft internal and external communication (e.g. organizational announcements, external speeches)

Your skills and experience

At least 2 years of professional experience in business management, projects or consulting within the financial services industry and international matrix organizations
University degree or equivalent (preferably in Business Administration, Economics)
Positive can-do attitude in providing effective and efficient business management support to the management and your team, you enjoy to help
Team Player who builds sustainable relationships and collaborates to achieve better results
Strong analytical-conceptual skills, solid story-lining and presentation capabilities, structured and result-driven way of working
Enjoy the generation and visualization of complex or new topics, while condensing to the most efficient minimum
You can manage your time, are pro-active, well organized and able to work independently
Self-motivated, able to exercise on personal initiative
First experience with multitasking and working under pressure
Acquainted user of Microsoft Office Applications (in particular PowerPoint and Excel)
Fluent in written and spoken English (German is an asset)
