JUNIOR OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
To be considered for this Junior Office Administration position you will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role or be willing to learn as this calls for an “all-rounder” to provide general support in a very busy working environment.
Salary:
Salary dependant on skill level and experience.

This is a full-time permanent position and the hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9am-5pm.
We offer 20 days paid annual leave (plus 8 Bank Holidays), ongoing training and free parking.
Key responsibilities for the role include:
- Answering the telephone and fielding calls, receiving, sorting and distributing the post.
- Assisting / co-ordination of a range of general office administrative duties and be involved in all other day-to-day office requirements that may be required.
- Monitoring stationery levels and ordering office supplies.
- Greeting and assisting visitors to the office / showroom.
- Helping colleagues with their workloads.
The Candidate:
The ideal candidate will be proficient in most forms of IT, including Microsoft Office.
In addition to the above, you will be a good communicator, be organised and self-motivated.

Any other office skills developed through education or work experience such as computerised design packages would be very advantageous.
