What you bring on board

A Bachelor’s and/or respective Master’s degree in Human Resources or otherwise relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Psychology or Economics)

A minimum of 1 year of recruitment experience, ideally in a start-up matching a fast-paced environment

Fluency in English, German is a plus

Strives in working in an international environment

Appreciation and understanding of the ‘art of the candidate experience’ through excellent communication skills and compassion and empathy for people

Multi-tasker and can keep track of several vacancies at the same time

Enjoys direct searching through channels such as LinkedIn and Xing and ideally has some market industry knowledge on where to best promote our job postings

Strong interviewing skills – behavioural and technical interviews are part of the daily life

Extremely organised and detail-oriented

Why do we need you

Support our HR team with ongoing recruitment and administrative tasks/projects with a main focus on recruitment

Assist our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager in the full cycle recruiting process and contribute to creating a stellar experience for our candidates

With time and development, the role will offer more responsibilities and ownership of the end-to-end recruitment process

Support with coordinating, phone-, video- and on-site interviews

Support in writing beautiful and inspiring job descriptions and other related content

Bring creativity and new ideas to our current recruiting process

Proactively participate within the HR community such as attend HR meetups, recruiting fairs and career events in order to develop and improve our recruiting practices and promote our employer branding efforts

Contribute in our company culture development and employee engagement sessions

What are we doing

CrossLend is developing a platform to connect institutional sellers (originators) and buyers (investors) of loans on a large scale. Originators are providing historical data that are used to create prediction models. Based on the predictions, investors can run several types of analytics to define their investment criteria. Once an investment is done, the platform will be fed with updates about the loan performance to provide further portfolio analysis. This provides investors with a high level of transparency to prevent crashes like the one that happened in 2008. In an additional step, the purchased loans can be resold on the platform to create a liquid market for loans to enable a better flow of capital between countries in the European Union.
