Your area of responsibility:
We are looking for Technology Lab manager/Testing engineer with verification and CMOS validation background, to focus on the following areas
Electrical characterization of test structures, extract key power and performance indicators on single dies, packaged samples, and full wafers from DC to mmWave 100GHz range
Data analysis and comparison with pre-silicon simulation and foundry provided models
Drive continuous improvements of lab set-up, equipment and methodologies.
Management of lab assets and investment, budget according to plan
Manage lab equipment suppliers, documentation, purchase orders, shipments and material reconciliation, inventory, storage
Interface to environmental health and safety departments, ensuring lab compliance
This position is available full time and part time. This is because we want to hire the best people for our roles, and we recognize that sometimes those people are not available full-time.

Proven track record on characterization of analog and digital components
Experience with industry standard tools for testing and data analysis
At least 7+ years of experience in lab management or lab environments
