Era Living is seeking a full-time Lead Receptionist to become the newest member of our Administration team located at our Ida Culver House, Ravenna Community, Seattle, WA.

Primary Responsibilities:
The Lead Receptionist will answer phones, ensure that the main console is attended at all times and respond to all emergency situations. This role will also greet visitors and residents, schedule reception staff, complete Quality Assurance Reports and perform clerical support duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Experience using computers: Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Internet Explorer; Data entry and accuracy skills

Ability to use good interpersonal skills and communicate clearly when interacting with residents, family members, visitors and co-workers

Sensitivity to the needs and concerns of older adults while maintaining resident confidentiality

Ability to handle multiple duties simultaneously; Ability to organize and prioritize work

Ability to read, write and communicate in English

Ability to pass DSHS background check, required

Must comply with the Washington State COVID-19 vaccination requirement for healthcare workers

Education and Experience:
High school or GED, or 1 or more years reception experience

Current certification in First Aid and CPR or ability to obtain upon hire
