Rate Classification/Pay Range: $35.80 – $39.98 per hour

At Enbridge, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Liquefied Natural Gas (LNG) Plant Operator!

As a critical function of this role, you will manage the day to day operations and maintenance of Enbridge’s Hagar Liquefied Natural Gas Plant and Iroquois Falls Compressor Plant.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):
Maintain plant and equipment for the purposes of liquefying and vaporizing liquid natural gas.

In a safe and efficient manner, operate and maintain the liquefaction and vaporization process, turbine compressors, all in-plant machinery and equipment including start-ups and shut downs, major and minor overhauls of engines, compressors, pumps and motors.

Maintains buildings, grounds and all in-plant piping and conduits.

Who You Are (Qualifications):
You will have the following combination of education and experience:

Minimum high school diploma.

Must meet the Company’s requirements as to “General Qualifications” which includes a standard technical aptitude assessment.

Dependable and safety conscious.

Demonstrated ability to follow instructions and cooperate.

Valid class G driver’s license.

Clear and effective communication skills.

Must be willing to perform 12 hour shift rotations with nights and weekend work.

Possess the skills necessary to progress and obtain at a minimum a Refrigeration B certificate or possess a 3rd Class Operating Engineer certificate.
