Job Description

Busy lodge in Zululand is looking for a lodge administrator. This position gives a person an opportunity to learn about all the departments and grow further. The candidate will be involved in a lot of different aspects of the lodge. The administrator plays an integral role in the guest service and organizational strength of the lodge. The administrator will provide support to all departments as well as greet and assist guests, they should have good verbal and written communication skills and a strong ability to multi-task is a must.


Responsible for:
Overseeing office organization – (Emails and Telephone)

Supplier relationships

Order stock as requested by each department

Ensure all orders were received and follow up on backorder or any credits due

Preparing and reconciling statements

Assisting with Month End tasks and balancing of stock

Assisting the Lodge Manager with allocated daily tasks

Sourcing items as required for lodge operation.

Assist the Lodge Manager with responding to TripAdvisor reviews

Coordinating the vehicle fleet and control of diesel stock.

Requirements:
Must have 5* lodge experience.

1-2 years experience in a similar position

Drivers license essential

Must be PC proficient

Ability/willingness to learn

Team Player

Ability to work under pressure and be list/task orientated

Must be fully vacinated
