Support the effectiveness of a senior leader and their organization by providing leadership and coordination of staff agendas, business reporting, coordination of meetings and deadlines, communications and presentations along with other initiatives. Operate as an extension of the senior leader and often represent the leader through personal interactions with others.
Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate leader meetings for the specific business line which includes assembly of related materials and leader preparation.
Manage cadence and planning of critical deliverables such as leader communication timelines, projects, contracts, payments, Business Line Reviews, conference milestones, and Executive Leadership/Board of Directors driven updates.
Oversee adherence to enterprise deadlines; Compliance, HR, training, and others. Often partner with other functional areas to accomplish these tasks.
Assist in developing and preparing various leader communications and presentations.
Plan, coordinate, and administer department programs and ensure delivery of key tasks to support organizational effectiveness.
Provide recommendations for process improvements within the organization.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree or equivalent
5-7 years relevant experience
Ability to work under pressure with undefined processes, tight deadlines and frequently changing priorities.
Ability to build effective relationships and work collaboratively across diverse units / staff functions.
Strong communication/influencing skills to interact with all levels.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills to analyze data/information and form conclusions.
Effective planning and coordination skills; proven ability to create timelines and execute accordingly.
Ability to handle confidential or sensitive information with discretion.
Preferred Qualifications
Project management experience preferred.
