Manager Supply Chain Job at Sartorius Corporation in Lourdes (65)
The Manager Supply Chain will be responsible for ensuring the interface between customer service, global sourcing and manufacturing in order to ensure the performance of the supply chain, which includes planning, procurement and logistics, in order to ensure optimal costs, quality, lead times.
Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Manage and develop the supply chain teams (procurement, planning, logistics, warehouses)
Ensure the improvement of the processes (with the ERP system)
Actively participate in the industrial planning within the different plants
Propose and set up relevant KPIs to monitor the performance of the supply chain
Develop the activities of demand planning in collaboration with Global demand planning organization
Analyse and optimise the processes of supply chain (quality, costs, lead times and compliance)
Participate in global projects between Sartorius sites globally
Qualifications & Skills:
Graduate studies in Engineering or business school completed by a specialization in Supply Chain
Ten years of experience in different areas of supply chain — procurement, planning, management of warehouses, with a strong emphasis in management
Solid experience in SAP MM, PP and WM
Solid experience in project management
Fluent in English
