Position: Marketing Manager (Loyalty+Demand Gen)
Location: Fully Remote/Off-site
Starts: Early January
Duration: 6+ Months
Rate: Around $50/hr DOE
Our SaaS client is hiring a marketing manager to assist with designing, managing, and executing marketing initiatives to support the growth and expansion within the existing customer base.
The marketing manager will:
-Develop a data-driven customer segmentation strategy to drive upgrade or cross-sell opportunities/leads for the account management team
-Create go-to-market programs specifically for customers to support new products and features
-Launch integrated campaigns leveraging multiple marketing channels such as account-based marketing, direct mail, social, email, webinars, and in-person events to increase customer engagement and upsell opportunities.
-Create marketing campaign briefs to outline cross-sell strategy framework, target audience, thought leadership content, to drive product and solution awareness.
-5+ years of strong Marketing experience
-Marketing campaign management experience
-Lead lifecycle management experience
-Strong experience in B2B SaaS Marketing
-Prior experience in customer marketing, customer experience, and loyalty marketing (big plus)
-Experience with Salesforce & Eloqua (preferred)
