P&G is looking for a self-motivated, Media and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) professional to lead the brands’ communication plan across all touchpoints and reach our consumers at 360°: TV, Print, Digital, Social, Search, Out Of Home, Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) via e-mail marketing and online/offline incentives (i.e. samples, coupons…) reporting to the Sector Media and CRM Director.
This role is an excellent opportunity to join Procter & Gamble leading the Media and CRM advertising capabilities across key P&G categories and brands present in Italy. You will have the chance to:
evolve how P&G engage with consumers across the different Media & CRM platforms, enabling the right strategies by brand and modelling a new set-up of winning in the market;
drive brands’ data strategy through a seamless virtuous cycle from data acquisition to activation, to deliver tangible, meaningful business impact via an omnichannel orchestration of communication to consumers, with a more efficient and effective targeting in a world without cookies.
Role & Responsibility
Lead brands’ communication & data strategy via the creation and the execution of brands’ communication plans (Media & CRM) to achieve brands’ business objectives, constantly looking for efficiencies, ensuring alignments between online & offline vehicles (as well as with other teams such as sales).
Take full end-to-end responsibility of plans’ accomplishment in each channel: TV, Print, Digital, Social, Search, Out Of Home, DTC, online and offline incentives (i.e. samples, coupons…), with a strong focus on overall critical metrics.
Ensure the planning of the digital brand awareness & performance campaigns (video, search, social media, programmatic, ecommerce, digital incentives, e-mail marketing, etc…).
Work together with multiple functions (brands, data, consumer market knowledge, sales, etc) & partners (such as Google & Facebook) and delivering a consumer-centric data strategy.

Work closely with Media&CRM vendors and tech partner on plans.
Bring innovation by testing new ways of building plans and new tools to make communication plans more effective and efficient, while driving data acquisition.

What are we looking for?

Experience of Italy media & CRM landscape. You will require a knowledge of Italy media & CRM landscape (TV, Print, OOH and digital including programmatic marketing, and activation of awareness and p erformance campaign, email marketing, DTC, online and offline incentives (i.e. samples, coupons…). Experience is required.
Strong Analytical Capabilities. Experience in Data acquisition and Activation, Advanced Analytics and Artificial Intelligence tools and applications will be considered a strong added value.
Ability to make things happen, analytical thinkers and problem solvers, with excellent communications skills, who set priorities, make dedications, working effectively with diverse groups of people and demonstrates creativity, innovation and initiative capacity.
A strong academic background and exemplary leadership experience >5 years in agencies (i.e. Media, CRM, Digital Marketing) and/or in the industry (local or international companies). We are looking for the very best mind to work with us.
We need someone who has advanced English level and is legally able to work in Italy.
