Job Description

Salary range is Minimum $14.32/hr. to Maximum $22.26/hr. – based on relevant experience
Work Schedule:
Full Time; 36 Hours
7:00 am – 7:00 pm; Weekdays and Rotating Weekends
Job Description:
Assists with and helps coordinate patient care
Teamwork and collaboration; the ability to work effectively and productively with co-workers and other disciplines
Safe Patient Care
Maintains and provides service recovery.
Acts as a positive representative in the workplace as well as the community
Performs technical skills under the supervision of the RN
Professional Responsibility
Demonstrates initiative for ongoing learning and professional growth
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equivalent and 1 year experience required or
High School Diploma or Equivalent with a CNA – Certified Nurse Aid Certification required or
Associates Degree in a healthcare related field required
Bachelor’s Degree in a healthcare related field preferred
Other – CLIAFE Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency required
Previous behavioral health experience as a Mental Health, PCT, or CNA in a hospital setting preferred
Licenses and Certifications:
BCLS – Basic Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire And
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training Upon Hire And
ACPI – Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually within 6 Months Or
CPI – Crisis Prevention Intervention Training 30 Days And
ACPI – Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually within12 Months
