Your journey with us

You will be Mobility officer in 2nd line Fleet. All fleet and company car related requests are handled in this department by offering a top notch customer experience based on our policies and guidelines as outlined in the sustainability objectives of Deloitte.

Service matter expert on fleet services, assisting Mobility team members and internal customers with queries on the Mobility services within Deloitte. With a focus on company cars and the transition to Electrification.

Provide tailor made Mobility solutions based on a wide variety of different Mobility choices offered by Deloitte;

Follow up on more complex service requests through ServiceNow and telephone.

Ensure an impeccable administration and follow up of the Mobility choices made by the internal customer;

Master the support processes of the services you are responsible for act as a backup for other team members.

Continuously implement improvements to ensure a quality service.

Set up reporting on the services provided.

Together with your colleagues, you build a professional and ethical relationship with internal clients and vendors.

Follow up on services provided by external and internal parties, making use of the reports that are available within your service.

Become a trusted advisor building an extended network within the Deloitte organization and get connected to the main stakeholders.

You can provide qualitative data on the services provided and are able to help Deloitte advise in making the right Mobility choices.

You stay in touch with your customers and are able to translate the feedback provided to your services in improvements.

You have a higher degree;

You have a minimum of 1,5 years experience;

You are able to prioritize when handling multiple assignments;

You are assertive and take initiative;

You communicate clearly and effectively in cooperation with colleagues;

You are able to escalate when services are at risk;

You are interested in Mobility, Fleet and sustainability;

You are willing to learn ServiceNow and follow related trainings;

You have excellent reporting skills through excel and other data platforms;

You have a structured approach and good planning skills;

Fluent in Dutch and/or French, as well as English.
