This role is specifically being created to co-ordinate the end to end flow of product for shared user export products requiring additional legal documentation as a result of the UK departure from the EU.

Role and Responsibilities:
Manage the end to end flow of all legal documentation for all shared user client export orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and the European Union.

Manage the day to day relationship with the Export Vets and required documentation relating to Export Health Certificates (EHC), Products of Animal Origin (POAO).

Manage the day to day relationship with the Best Supply Chain team and suppliers to obtain supporting information for EHC, POAO and private attestations.

Manage the day to day relationship with respective hauliers and export customers.

Responsible for tracking the costs associated with vet activity and reporting them to the Head of Client Relations.

Required to support the National Account Support Team where required

Key Tasks:
Co-ordination of commercial invoices with Ops and producing documentation in a timely manner.

Co-ordination of packing lists with Ops and producing documentation in a timely manner.

Co-ordination of drivers document packs with Ops and producing documentation in a timely manner.

Application of EHCs via Defra website.

Application of private attestations.

Update private attestation and EHC cost tracker after each order.

Request supplier declarations where applicable.

Facilitate vet site visits.

Daily communication with hauliers/suppliers/clients.

Monitor export orders inbox and liaise with NAM Support team to ensure orders are processed in a timely manner.

Sense check set up data and stock levels on new products.

Ad-hoc communication with respective NAMs where necessary.

Daily communication with operations teams at relevant depots.

Co-ordination of Ops export collection schedules and seasonal changes with Operations and Planning teams.

Provide cover for National Account Support team on designated tasks where required.

Tasks are subject to change depending on changes in legislation and required documentation.
