Title: OE&D Specialist (Organizational Effectiveness and Development)

Overview of Position

The Organizational Effectiveness & Development (OE&D) Specialist role resides within the Talent Management & Culture organization and includes shared responsibility for managing OE&D programs and projects focused on building culture and engagement. Program/Project Management activities include responsibility for all aspects of the development/implementation of projects and programs involving department or cross-functional teams focused on key culture and engagement initiatives. Manages projects from concept through final implementation. Interfaces with all areas affected by the project and program which may include various departments (e.g. human resources, internal communications, etc.). Provides project related timeline and regular status updates to all stakeholders. Provides program administration activities. Facilitates key competency coursework and orientation, among others, as per company needs.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

Manages and executes culture and engagement strategic plans and tactics. Builds relationships with Talent Management and other partners to align program initiatives to plans. Engages informal network of culture champions.
Builds tools and resources to promote culture, including New Team Member Orientation and Career Development.
Delivers New Team Member Orientation and key coursework to build skills aligned to organizational key competencies and partners with corporate L&D to make instructional design and coursework recommendations to best meet the needs of the learner.
Manages key projects that support strategic objectives of the OE&D department and conducts after action reviews and recommends improvements.
Defines deliverables, scope, and success metrics for each project. Establishes project plans including resource requirements, tasks, and assignments.
Establishes regular communication and status update intervals for stakeholders, while identifying risks and creating mitigation plans.
Coordinates and creates plans for implementation, communication, marketing and change management as necessary

What are the requirements needed for this position?

3+ years of experience managing projects in a corporate environment,
3+ years of experience with program management
3+ years of experience delivering training
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Organizational Effectiveness & Development, Learning & Development, Change Management, Project Management, or another related field.
Project Management training or certification

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines while providing quality results
Ability to lead a project team, assign tasks and create team accountability
Ability to clearly articulate problems and resolutions
Excellent time management skills
Virtual training platform experience
Change Management training or certification

What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?

Physical requirements: General office demands; must have the ability to use a computer and speak clearly on the phone; must be able to stand for extended periods of time to facilitate sessions (in the case of in person trainings)
Work Hours: Business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30am to 5:30pm Eastern excluding Change Healthcare holidays.

How much should I expect to travel?

Due to current circumstances, our travel policies are constantly evolving however in the eventual case that trainings become face-toface in the future, an estimated 15% of travel is expected.

Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
