Job Description:

Victor Michael are looking for an Office Administrator to join the Stratford branch.

Key responsibilities:

  • Handle high volumes of correspondence and telephone calls from tenants, landlord’s, leaseholders and their agents.
  • Responding accurately and efficiently to a wide range of property related queries
  • Process payments
  • Register Clients details
  • Advertise properties
  • Ensure Window cards are up to date
  • Sending out Letters

Skills and abilities – essential:

  • Excellent communication skills and commitment to displaying courtesy and professionalism at all times
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic use of Word and Excel
  • Good organisational skills

Skills and abilities – desirable:

  • Previous experience in customer services
  • Previous experience in administrative services

Salary – £18,000 – £20,000 depending on experience

Monday – Friday 8.30am – 6.00pm

Saturdays – 9.00am – 2.00pm
