Position: Full-time, Permanent.

Working hours: 8am – 5pm, Monday – Thursday, 7am – 4pm Friday

Salary: Dependent upon experience

32 Days Annual Leave Entitlement (Inclusive of Bank Holiday’s)
Start Date: As soon as possible

Job Description

We are seeking an organised, self-motivated office administrator to join our growing organization. In this position, you will be working along-side a busy Sales & Production team generating production and delivery paperwork for steel manufacture. The successful candidate will need to have good team-working abilities and be keen to learn new skills.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Inputting numerical data
  • Using software to raise sales orders
  • Keeping paperwork up-to-date
  • Using Excel spreadsheets
  • Keeping paperwork organised
  • Using basic office equipment; photocopier, laminator, etc.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Organisation
  • Ability to time manage
  • Work well within a team
  • Computer literate

Good communicator
