Job Description

Swift Refunds provide tax refunds for the ministry of defence, construction, and sports sectors.


This is a rapidly expanding company with excellent career development opportunities for the right candidate.

As an office administrator, your role will be to support the accountants by processing claims that are generated from the website.

Role profile:

Chasing/dealing with new and existing customers in order to obtain relevant information to finalise a tax refund claim via email and telephone.

Obtaining and sending legal agreements to HM Revenue and Customs.

Data inputting onto the system – general filing and database management.

Monitoring email inbox.

Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone.

Responding to live chat enquiries on our website.

Candidate requirements:

Good experience of office 365 suite preferred but not essential as full training will be given.

A candidate with previous administration experience is desirable, along with excellent customer service skills.

Salary – £16,000 – £20,000 depending on experience.

A bonus scheme is available yearly depending upon company performance.

Full comprehensive one on one training will be provided for the successful candidate.
