EHV Services are a local family run business based in Nork, Banstead specialising in plumbing, heating and electrical.

We have been trading for over 40 years and pride ourselves on our good reputation and customer service and we are now looking for a enthusiastic local person to Banstead to join our experienced office team.

The job:

Ideally we are looking for someone close to Banstead

Answering incoming calls

Making outgoing calls to customer & suppliers

Booking in jobs to diary

Ordering parts from suppliers

Liaising with engineers on a daily basis

Invoicing

Taking payments over the phone

Sending out quotes

Day to day admin

Experience/ qualifications and skills required:
Ability to multi-task
Excellent written and verbal skills
Pro-active attitude
Ability to work under time and completion deadlines
Willingness to take on additional tasks as and when required
Excellent telephone manner is essential
Ability to work as part of a small team

Book-keeping experience an advantage.
