One of our clients based on the outskirts of Uxbridge has an opening for an Office Assistant to work within a busy friendly team. This is a varied role which will suit someone who enjoys going the extra mile to help others in a professional manner and has great attention to detail.

Duties will include:

· Organise couriers/post

· Keep the office tidy and organised

· Electronic filing and archiving

· Ordering stationary

· Covering reception and answering the phones, booking meeting rooms etc. when required

· Providing ad hoc assistance

This is just a small selection of the exciting duties involved in this great opportunity. Ideally you will have at least 6 months admin experience gained during or post studies at school/university.
