Who we’re looking for:
OFFICE ASSISTANT FOR OUR CORPORATE OFFICE IN BELLEVUE, WA.
What to expect:
Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:
Provide administrative support to management and the corporate office
Answer and direct incoming calls to the correct extension
Manage office supply inventory
Maintain and organize electronic and hard copy filing system
Coordinate mail flow in and out of the office
Greet visitors to the office warmly and make sure they are comfortable
Oversee cleanliness and presentation of all guest facing and common areas
Make coffee and set out food for meetings
Your experience and qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Two years’ of administrative experience preferred
Intermediate level of knowledge of Google Suite and/or Microsoft Office is required
Detail oriented and working with a high degree of accuracy
Maintaining strict confidentiality
Excellent oral and written communication skills
