Job Description:
Responsible for assisting director of Rehabilitation Services Department Supervisor with the coordination of interdepartmental communication, office management and office work. Performs all secretarial, clerical and receptionist duties for the Rehabilitation Services Department including Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Language Pathology, and Orthopedic Technology.

Qualifications

High school graduate or equivalent. Two years of undergraduate college of technical school in secretarial related duties preferred.

Five years experience in medical office secretarial work required. Type 40 words per minute.

Knowledge of Computers, word processing and Window. Ability to train and supervise secretaries, strong organizational skills, ability to delegate and coordinate all office procedures. Attention to detail, organization and ability to prioritize work flow is a must.
