- Our client in the retail sector is recruiting for an Online Order Clerk.
- Capturing new orders on ERP system
- Sending orders to retail stores for picking and despatch
- Following up all orders have been picked and sent and obtain waybill numbers and SRT
- Capture waybills numbers into ERP system
- Process credit notes on ERP system
- Compare delivery reports from courier to ERP system and ensure all orders delivered
- Report exceptions to online store manager for resoution
Contract length: 18 months
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Salary: R6,800.00 – R8,000.00 per month
