Who We’re Looking ForToyota’s TFSB Operations is looking for a passionate and highly motivated Operations and Client Services Analyst.
The primary responsibility of this role is to provide outstanding customer service to both our TFSB clients and field managers. In addition, this position will oversee a component of the mortgage modification process as well as the enhancement and troubleshooting of TFSB’s online customer-facing digital platform.
Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Operations and Client Services Analyst will fulfill the execution of reporting needs for the Operations department, primarily from Salesforce.
This position will also be a part of the funding team, having shared responsibility for the coordination of wire transfers for the Bank. This person will significantly contribute to TFSB’s commitment to providing extraordinary customer care to our customers, both internal and external to TFS.
What You’ll Be Doing
Receive customer and RBPM requests via emails and phone calls, analyze various situations for a resolution which often involves directing vendors for the next steps, escalating to the management, and making recommendations to the procedure enhancement.
Facilitate the process for the resolution by taking ownership of various requests and issues. Coordinate activities of cross-functional business unit and the client. (This function encompasses all TFSB products/services).
Facilitate deposit opening by making sure the completeness of the application data, review submitted legal documents (trust docs, business organization docs, etc.), ensure accuracy of outgoing documents and execution, and provide guidance to both customer and vendor processor during the process.
Determine and conduct necessary customer authentication based on policy and fully document in the most effective manner while ensuring to be compliant with various banking regulations.
Assess loan modification requests for eligibility, obtain approval, create, and distribute for execution mortgage modification agreements and facilitate system updates and QC post-modification.
Partner with vendors to resolve customer issues and requests.
Ensure related systems and databases are maintained with current and accurate client authentication information.
Maintain policy and procedure documentation and make recommendations for procedure enhancement.
Monthly sales performance reporting.
Create and distribute customer surveys to generate related reporting for Bank management.
Analyze survey results, and provide insight and recommendation of business process enhancement to management based on the expertise of client management.
Maintain related Salesforce information as required.
Assist other departments with data and data reconciliation as necessary.
Provide ad hoc reports and data to enable various bank activities.
Analyze data usage trends, make recommendations of data management methods within Salesforce, and facilitate approved enhancements.
