OPERATIONS/SHOP ADMINISTRATOR Job at Banff Norquay in Banff, AB

Job Description

Administrative support for ski resort operations office. Working in a maintenance shop environment.



Immediate start available

Long term position

Year-round employment full/-time hours – Very flexible work schedule

Flexible holiday policy

Previous maintenance/shop experience is an advantage

Strong computer skills are key within this role

Fixx software experience is an advantage

Mechanical knowledge/background an asset

Daily tasks include but are not limited to:
Answering phones

Email management

Part/inventory management

Part orders

Supplier management

Safety inspections/work order log keeping

Work order management

Staff scheduling

Timesheet management

Maintenance record keeping/commercial busses/lifts/ etc

Dispatch communication

Document creation

Strong organizational skills

Filing

Computer file management

Very comfortable working with new computer systems/programs (Excel and Google Suite)

Able to create systems/procedures based on need

Implementing new organization systems

Experience in health and safety would be a bonus but not required

Paid: $18 to start with an opportunity for an increase based on performance
