Panel Installers (Part Time – Full Time)

Moltech Insulated Panel Installers Ltd. has been in business for 10 years servicing the commercial, industrial and residential industries in BC. A contracting company building insulated environments for walk-in coolers, freezers and food processing plants. We are looking for individuals to join our expanding team.

Main Duties and Job Specifications:
To be able to work independently or alongside other installers to install pre-fabricated panel systems according to thermal drawings.

Operate manual and machine operated tools and equipment (Scissor Lift and Forklift) to perform duties such as measuring, cutting, bending, drilling, lifting and fastening panels.

Finishing skills to apply flashing and caulking.

Job Requirements:
Construction/Carpentry experience and/or relevant experience would be an asset.

Possess a high level of initiative and co-operation to engage in two-way communication with supervisor, clients and employees to deliver excellent quality results and services while adhering to all safety requirements and maintaining budgeted productivity.

Provide timely execution of company’s work requirements for projects as per daily time- sheets on an individual basis and as a team.

Ability to perform lifting and strenuous activity.

Valid Class 5 driver’s licence and reliable source of transportation required, as projects are primarily throughout the Lower Mainland.

Experience operating elevated lift equipment. Certification will be provided on an individual basis.

Fluent in English.

Compensation and Benefits:
Wages $18.00 – $30.00

Medical/Dental Plan for full time employees.

Travel Reimbursements outside the Lower Mainland
