  • Strictly adhering to protocols set by our governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals

  • Enhanced cleaning procedures by our dedicated cleaning team
  • Implementing pre-screening questions for customers prior to booking appointments

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Overseeing parts operations
  • Interacting with customers and wholesale accounts in a friendly and professional manner
  • Supporting technicians and service advisors in securing required parts in order to complete work orders
  • Ensuring internal requests are billed on service repair orders
  • Recording all repair orders, invoices, insurance estimates, credits and special parts orders
  • Managing parts inventory through orders, returns and audits
