Who are we looking for?
We are looking for a Patient Services Executive to join our digital clinic support team. The position will draw on administrative, customer service and operations experience to provide support to the clinical team who conduct physiotherapy and dietetics services remotely. The successful applicant will report to the Patient Services Team Lead.
This is a full time role Monday to Friday 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturday 08:30 to 16:30. The location is flexible and will be a combination of being based in our head office in Dublin 2 and will allow you to work from home.
What is the role and what are your responsibilities?
Primary daily duties include:
Answering Calls: This is a very busy inbound call centre so excellent telephone manner is essential when answering inbound calls as and when then arrive in live queue adhering to our SLA. Calls come first is our motto!
Scheduling Patient Appointments: across a variety of clinic locations including a variety of service providers including but not limited to Laya Healthcare, VHI and Irish Life.
Attention to Detail is needed to understand the variety of products and service providers.
Admin Tasks: Maintenance of a busy shared mail inbox a certain percentage of this role involves working from an inbox and following up with patients and clinicians
Teamwork: Working well within a team, communication is key, and you are required to work inclusive of the team as well as individually making sure you are adhering to our agreed SLA and KPI’s.
Reporting: Experience with Excel required. Drafting monthly reports for our digital services and have the ability work independently.
Other General Adhoc: have the ability to work between various departments – finance, administration.
What experience and qualifications do I need?
Comfortable working with different operating systems
Knowledge of Microsoft Office
Office or administration experience
Customer service experience
Experience using reporting systems
