Your Role and Responsibilities
Objective of the job:
This role encompasses various activities to ensure smooth, timely and accurate payroll operations, compliant with Kyndryl regulations as well as local legal requirements. This involves working closely with Kyndryl employees as well as members of other teams.
Responsibilities:
Execute payroll related activity to ensure timely and accurate payment to Kyndryl employees.
Coordinate and execute statutory reporting for payroll, taxation.
Ensure timely delivery of services in line with payroll cycles.
Perform appropriate controls on payroll transactions to ensure accuracy and auditability of payroll.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting to management
Keep updates about the process changes in payroll.
Ensure all back-up documentation is stored as per the Kyndryl and legal record retention rules.
Keep management informed and up to date about the work progress and share all relevant information timely and precisely.
Support process improvement initiatives
Support projects
Back-up colleagues whenever needed (planned or unplanned absence)
Knowledge Management:
Cross-train with other team members to develop sound knowledge of all the Hungarian entities specific to ensure a proper back-up system is in place.
General areas :
Perform in a timely manner all HR related tasks (eg claiming, holidays) as well as those tasks coming from internal guidelines of Kyndryl (eg completion of mandatory trainings, Checkpoint, etc.)
Support clean desk policy.
Commitment to participate in those trainings the management consider suitable for professional development.
Take on and perform other tasks the management assigns beside the regular and day to day tasks.

Has experience in a complex administrative process
Has Payroll experience – minimum 3 years
Develops knowledge of department, Business Unit and overall business strategy with a view to operating as a knowledge expert.
Focusing on individual/team/department and operational objectives and developing professional effectiveness
Drives and delivers small projects within the department
Respond to clients’ calls and requests quickly, completely, and accurately.
Communication
Fluency in English and French
Ability to articulate and compare alternative approaches.
Produces clear, informative and conclusive reports making specific recommendations for improvement.
Shares work updates with the team and the management with a view to improving processes
