Job Description

The Payroll & Time Management Professional will be responsible for correct and on time payroll and time calculation for a defined group of employees at any time. The goal is to be a reliable partner for HR Service Partners in resolving employee’s questions regarding salaries, time & attendance and related topics.

The Payroll & Time Management Professional will be responsible for correct and on time payroll and time calculation for a defined group of employees at any time. The goal is to be a reliable partner for HR Service Partners in resolving employee’s questions regarding salaries, time & attendance and related topics.



Main Responsibilities & Tasks:
Facilitates the setup of employee data in the computer systems as basis for correct payroll and time management calculations

Calculate the regular individual gross salary and make sure to have it in the respective system

Processing the accrual of paid time off for employees and ensure it is accurate within the respective system

Calculate special parts of salaries such as holiday pay, bonuses, etc.

Coordinate the administration of paid leave benefits with team members and vendor

Process the annual distribution of W2s

Provide monthly, quarterly and annual payroll and time management reporting

Perform all tax compliance and functional responsibilities

Support payroll and time management initiatives as needed

Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum of 2-3 years of payroll experiences

B.S. degree required

Prefer Certification or Enrollment to attain Certification (FPC)

Detailed understanding of state and federal taxes, garnishments and social security

Payroll/Time Management and HRIS systems expertise

Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)

Ability to handle data with confidentiality

Must be collaborative and open to multi-disciplinary learning
