In this role you will be reporting to the People & Culture Services Team Leader and become a member of a dynamic People and Culture Team.

There are two People & Culture Advisor positions available within the newly established shared services advisory and administration team, and key to the transformation in the new P&C operating model, and as support to the broader P&C team in delivering operations, strategy and projects.

About the Role

The P&C Advisors will operate as the first point of contact for P&C enquiries from managers and staff across the business. This role is pivotal in coordinating and undertaking processes and tasks that deliver P&C services.

The P&C Advisor will have a key focus to enhance the administrative systems, processes and procedures that support the P&C function. It is essential this role is performed with consistency and a high level of governance.

These roles will also be required to provide support and assistance to P&C Business Partners and P&C SME’s. This will include a diverse range of P&C issues, initiatives and projects working across Industrial Relations, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Performance Management, Change Management, Organisational Reviews, Policy Reviews and Job Evaluations.

About the Person

We are looking for candidates that have experience in working within a shared services model with:

proven effective, consistent and timely delivery of P&C services providing frontline support to employees and managers.

experience in preparing employee correspondence, maintenance of the HRIS position structure, and developing templates and policies,

process improvement initiative, and has strong attention to detail

great customer service skills and ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders at all levels

Qualifications (Level)

Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or other relevant related discipline.


A minimum of 3 years generalist HR experience within large multidisciplinary and diverse organisation.

Previous experience requiring a detailed understanding of human resources policies and procedures.
