To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Completion of a degree without subsequent relevant work experience; or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education.
- Administration skills and experience and a demonstrated capacity to deliver effective processes and systems with a focus on continuous improvement
- Sound organisational skills, including the ability to manage time and meet deadlines
- Experience in front-line customer service with a demonstrated commitment to excellence in customer service
