Your future plans
Support the Hydrogen Board Member in the daily work routine
Take over responsibility for the business processes of the Board Secretariat in a forward thinking and proactive way, furthermore, continuously improve key processes
Act as communication interface to all internal and external business partners
Independently support day-to-day business (e.g. appointment coordination, preparation of presentations, protocols, reports, etc.)
Organize and book business trips
Collaborate with the other board secretariats to coordinate national and international online and face-to-face meetings
Organize, prepare and follow-up committee meetings, workshops, conferences, high-level visits and meetings
Your powerful skills
Extensive experience as an assistant to a board of directors/management
Completion of a commercial apprenticeship and/or economic studies or further relevant qualification in the assistance field
Organizational talent with strong top-down communication skills
Strong team player and a high degree of flexibility
High degree of safeguarding confidentiality
Proactively preparing upcoming appointments with the required, supporting information
High standard of accuracy and own work quality
Proactive working attitude, can-do mindset, high service orientation
Ability to cooperate and show assertiveness
Comfortable in dealing with colleagues from all hierarchical levels and countries
Integrity and empathy to accurately assess situations and engage with colleagues/stakeholders
Excellent English and German writing and oral communication skills, very good MS Office skills (in particular PowerPoint, Excel and SAP)
Advantageous, but not a must
Other spoken languages than the above mentioned
