The Public Trustee assists some of the most vulnerable members of our community to live their best life possible. We are seeking an experienced customer relationship professional or senior financial administrator to join our team of customer service professionals.
The role provides the opportunity for you to contribute to strategic business operations and provide high quality financial administration, estate management, investment and legal services to our customers. You will act as a mentor to other team members, supporting their development, and play an important role in driving the positive culture of the branch.
This role will enable you to showcase your outstanding relationship management, finance, and case management skills within a dynamic team that takes pride in the service they provide to the community.

You are a passionate and highly motivated individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills. You are an experienced customer relationship professional or financial administrator, and enjoy working independently and as a member of a professional team. You share knowledge and experience with others, and enjoy mentoring and supporting the development of team members.

About the Public Trustee
The Office of the Public Trustee (Public Trustee) is a business unit of the Attorney-General’s Department. The Public Trustee was established in 1881 and is constituted under the provisions of the Public Trustee Act 1995.
The Public Trustee plays an important role in managing the personal, legal and financial affairs of those people in the community who lack the capacity to manage their own affairs. The Public Trustee also provides eligible South Australians with access to Will making services, powers of attorney preparation and deceased estate and trust administration.
The Public Trustee is located in a prime CBD location, with offices looking out over Victoria Square. Special Conditions for Employment
