The teams in Twitter’s Legal Policy (LP) department work to safeguard the user’s voice in balance with manageable risk through policy enforcement that promotes trust in Twitter. Areas of focus include privacy and intellectual property rights, government and law enforcement requests, advertising policies, and safety advocacy.
What You’ll Do:
Twitter Legal Policy (LP) seeks a detail and goal-oriented, Korean speaking person to join our Legal Policy (LP) team in Dublin and help keep our legal process operations organized and on track. You will focus on content removal requests from around the world. If you’re analytical, disciplined, proactive, have a passion for people, and have a knack for managing multiple tasks efficiently, we’d like to speak to you.
You will interact regularly with team members across globally-distributed offices and provide regular updates to cross-functional stakeholders, including our in-house counsel. The nature of this role requires the successful candidate to work a partial-weekend shift.
Be responsible for investigating, documenting, and following up on time-sensitive requests and escalations related to content regulations in Korea and Europe to management, legal, or other stakeholders
Support operational tasks, such as (but not limited to), queue support, workflow maintenance, quality assurance, legal compliance, training, and coaching
Help ensure you and your teammates achieve the highest possible standards, by paying close attention to detail on all requests you handle and work collaboratively with your team
Make sure requests are processed, tracked, and completed in an efficient and timely manner
Work closely with the global Legal Policy team to prioritize requests appropriately
Serve on an on-call rotation, working closely with other members of Trust & Safety, to provide timely responses to emergency disclosure requests from law enforcement all over the world
Who You Are:
Experience in supporting operational tasks such as (but not limited to) queue and workflow management, process efficiency, and handling sensitive escalations
Excellent judgment and strategic thinking skills
Experience drafting or updating policy documentation and tracking legal requests
Experience in acting as a point of contact for internal stakeholders and building strong cross-functional relationships
A critical thinker and doer who can organize tasks and work under time pressure to provide insights, propose solutions, and help implement them
An excellent communicator, who will maintain open, thorough, and regular communication with teammates and cross-functional teams
A keen decision maker and a strong team player
Capable of identifying anomalies or unusual patterns in requests you handle
Attentive to detail, organized, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment even when they are sometimes monotonous
Prioritize and organize requests and escalations
Maintain open, thorough, and regular communication with your team and other stakeholders
Deliver quality results within or ahead of deadlines and internal SLAs
Provide clear, helpful, and complete responses to time-sensitive requests and escalations
12 months experience experience at a tech company in a similar role
Excellent business judgment and strategic thinking; extremely detail-oriented
Experience with content regulation and withholding requests
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Multilingual; complete fluency in English & Korean. Other European language skills are desirable

Ability to work on repetitive tasks
Availability to work on weekends.
Experience in reviewing and processing sensitive content is strongly preferred.
2-4+ years in a Trust & Safety role at a tech company or as a paralegal, or equivalent experience
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent education / experience
