Williams Lea is hiring for Presentation Associates to work in our Downtown Columbus office!

Pay:$18.00 hourly – $18.62

Monday to Friday for one of the following shifts

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

11:00 am to 8:00 pm (includes 10% shift differential)

4:00 pm to 1:00 am (includes 10% shift differential)

The Presentation Associate is a member of the on-site Williams Lea team delivering exceptional customer service at our client locations. Responsibilities include PowerPoint presentation creation, extensive graphing and charting in Excel, and general desktop publishing duties.

Job duties

(* denotes an “essential function”)

Communicate with manager and client on job or deadline issues.

Utilize appropriate logs and/or tracking software for all presentation work

Thoroughly assess job request and ensure appropriate completion of job tasks throughout task lifecycle

Perform work in presentation design, including, but not limited to creating pitch books and materials, creating, editing, and error correcting multiple document types to support the client’s brand; intake and workflow coordination functions, as needed

Use established procedures, standards and formats to edit, proof, create, or otherwise complete presentation requests to client satisfaction

Demonstrate proficiency in using equipment/technology/software and hardware necessary to perform job functions

Communicate with team members, lead, supervisor or client on job or deadline concerns

Meet contracted deadlines for service delivery to our clients

Troubleshoot basic software or hardware problems

Help to foster a proactive environment of continuous service enhancement and relationship building with the client

Perform Quality Assurance on own work and/or work of others, as requested

Adhere to Williams Lea policies, in addition to client policies

Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information.

Job Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum two years’ experience in a presentation production environment.

Expert level knowledge in Microsoft PowerPoint and charting in Excel. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality, and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics

Typing skills of at least 55 wpm with a high level of accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.
