ZoomInfo is looking for a Presentations, Brand Content Manager to join our growing content marketing team. Who are you? This role will report to the Director of Content Marketing and will be responsible for conceptualizing and partnering with our design team to produce materials to support ZoomInfo events (both in-person and virtual conferences), speaking engagements, and presentations, including webinars and quarterly earnings calls. She/he is responsible for developing and maintaining an executive presentation deck, a repository of modular slides, icons, data visualizations, and additional content requirements as needed to support events, marketing campaigns, and more. This role will work closely with our executive team and will need to establish a presentation program, including defining presentation requirements, workflows, briefs, SLAs, processes, and more.


Design, create, and maintain C-suite presentations (mainly PowerPoint) and branded materials and assets, including images, iconography, data visualizations, pitch decks, webinar presentations, and more for corporate use.

Collaborate closely with the executive team and events team, among others, on concept development, ensuring materials are compelling, high-quality, entertaining, and appeal to the target audience.

Spearhead the creation of “master decks” by persona for ZoomInfo’s core audiences.

Support and maintain a comprehensive library of presentations that have standardized structural elements (i.e., formatting, requirements), ensuring they are accessible and current for stakeholders across the company.

Implement a consistent and cohesive ZoomInfo brand identity across all presentations.

Foster a culture that thrives on creativity, curiosity, and continuous learning.

Absorb creative direction while bringing unique ideas to the table; no ego allowed.


A bachelor’s degree in communications, graphic design, or equivalent experience.

7+ years of experience in design and development of executive-level presentations, ideally for B2B SaaS. Portfolio must be available upon request.

Design experience, ideally including Adobe’s Creative Suite—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
