The Pricing Support Specialist works effectively and efficiently to support the implementation and maintenance of cost contracts in both our CurrentGen and NextGen systems. This position utilizes technical and industry knowledge, problem solving skills, and communication to ensure that our rating engine is accurate and in alignment with carrier systems.


  • Manage carrier cost contracts including, but not limited to, contract document management and rate loading/maintenance, carrier onboarding, and implementation/testing of new fees and services.
  • Review carrier’s published general rules tariffs for changes and coordinate across teams to ensure all rating programs are updated.
  • Collaborate with carriers, support teams and development staff to resolve implementation and rating errors.


  • Knowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Be a motivated team player with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong problem-solving, organization and communication skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree (preferred)
  • 1 – 3 years of relevant experience


  • Coordinate customer specific API rating access to support system testing.
