The Process Excellence team supports our teams in documenting, measuring, analyzing and improving business processes globally.
Robotics Process Automation (RPA) is one of the most exciting (and hi-profile) aspects of business process management. As Process Automation Analyst you will collaborate with Business teams across our worldwide organization to identify automation potential and pursue end-to-end process optimization. As part of the cross-functional RPA Team, you will act as a bridge between business process owners and IT RPA developers for automation projects. Furthermore, you will play a key role in other global process optimization initiatives.
In this position, you will also support business, in driving process improvements through the implementation of automation solutions such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA), Process Mining and other automation solutions.
Job Description
AUTOMATION OPPORTUNITIES
You’ll partner with the business to analyze automation requests including understanding if the process is appropriate/ready for automation
You’ll establish and present robust return on investment business use cases with business colleagues at gateway review meetings
AUTOMATION DOCUMENTATION
Be the expert in automation documentation and support the business to complete the necessary documentation/videos to fully capture the process/requirement
You’ll collaborate and share documentation with internal and external stakeholders in our corporate systems
You are responsible for reviewing partner documentation for completeness and accuracy
You’ll work on presentations for approval process of new automations
AUTOMATION IMPLEMENTATION & MAINTENANCE
You’ll coordinate the full RPA project life cycle from idea to go live, review existing solutions and identify optimization potential
You’ll manage external development partners to deliver high quality automation solutions right first time
You’ll set and manage stakeholder expectations with clear roles, responsibilities, timescales & deliverables and ensure minimal downtime of solutions through effective maintenance
You’ll constantly monitor running automations and optimize them
COMMUNICATION & DEVELOPMENT OF AUTOMATION NETWORK
In this role, you’ll be responsible for the communication and reporting of the success of automation solutions including benefits
You’ll leverage internal and external process automation and RPA networks (such as IT, Operations, Finance and external partners teams) to understand/develop best practices and synergies
You’ll understand and drive external best practices and implementations to support business area in driving process excellence
You’ll proactively communicate project status to all interested and affected counterparts
AUTOMATION TOOLS & SYSTEMS
You are an expert in automation systems
You’ll work with tools like UIPath, Celonis, Logic Apps & other solutions
Qualifications
Developing a deep understanding of business requirements and being able to quickly establish what use cases should or should not be considered for automation
Ensuring quality automation solutions are developed/deployed
Experience of project managing IT automation solutions, such as RPA from conception to go/live and maintenance
Stakeholder expectation management on the automation/RPA program, deliverables, responsibilities and solution capabilities
The delivery of robust automation/RPA documentation to develop a clear and robust solution
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Experience in MS application developments, SAP and programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential
