Job Description


Join Rally Health as a Product Manager in the Core team, where you will manage eligibility and authorization platform for the Rally ecosystem. You will report to the Senior Product Manager and will work with engineers, product managers, account managers and external partners to build member data and access management products. You are willing to stay on top of healthcare and consumer technology trends, competitors, and market offerings and be able to speak your opinions.

You will:
Oversee feature development for member data and authorization platform from ideation to value delivery

Create detailed analyses to provide relevant product requirements

Work through scrum process with super motivated engineers, project managers and QA folks

Work with Engineering to lead product requests and build enhancements adding to a product culture of development and rapid test and learn

Collect partner technical requirements.

Build relationships with partners, including other Product Teams, Security, Legal, Customer Support, Client Implementations, Data Teams, and more.

You have:
2+ years of successful technical and platform product management experience as a product manager or in a related space: business analyst, QA, project management, software engineer

2+ years of experience presenting to all level audiences

The ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and develop business cases
