Product Manager, Alexa Job at Amazon in Seattle, WA

Job Description

The Echo Sales and Marketing team is seeking a customer-obsessed, analytical, detail-oriented and strategic Product Manager to lead sales and marketing for a subcategory of Echo related products. Do you want to work in a role where you are encouraged to build and have the autonomy to push boundaries? Are you looking to create value for millions of customers and drive growth in one of the most innovative categories at Amazon? Do you love to see an immediate impact from your actions?

In this role, you will be the central business owner for all Echo product accessories and work with a cross-functional team including product development, demand planning, finance, retailers, merchandising, and advertising to develop and execute a multi-year plan to grow the business. You will own marketing funnel optimization across channels, attach strategy and vehicles, inventory management, sales and engagement analytics, and regular updates to senior leadership.

This role requires a leader who thrives in ambiguity, identifies opportunities and moves fast to capture them, and has an unrelenting tenacity. You will be expected to operate both strategically and tactically: maintaining operational excellence within your programs and with colleagues across Amazon, diving deep in data to uncover customer insights, and thinking big to drive new opportunities. You will need to be able to prioritize effectively in a fast-changing environment, invent and simplify, and communicate clearly and persuasively. The ideal candidate will willing to roll up their sleeves to achieve their vision, have a passion for Echo products, and build new playbooks to maximize sales growth and efficiency.
