About the team
We are passionate about understanding home-shopper needs, and providing solutions that span our business lines including buying, selling, renting and financing. Our goal is to help home shoppers realize their dream of getting into a home they love.
About the role
We have millions of customers on Zillow, with unparalleled insight into how we can help them move. To help them take that next step forward in their journey, we’re building one-of-a-kind technology to deliver customers more personalized communications and experiences. As the Product Marketing Manager, you will create and drive these strategies, working with cross-functional partners across Zillow — including Data Science and Analytics, Engineering, Product Management, Marketing Operations, Creative Development and others. You will define the data and technical infrastructure capabilities needed to launch critical communications programs that yield a better, more personalized home-buying experience on Zillow.
As the centralized owner of the work, you will identify the business opportunities and customer needs, develop the communication and go-to-market strategies, help define the marketing tech and data requirements to execute these strategies, and serve as the cross-functional lead across all teams to execute on the defined timeline.
Use data and insights to establish the customer outcomes and business opportunities to be achieved through creating and using new data and technology infrastructure.
Define customer communications program strategies and go-to-market plans, with Marketing channel owners and Product teams, to drive and execute integrated go-to-market programs across paid and owned marketing channels, as well as in-product experiences on web and app.
Work with product, engineering, and data science teams to define the roadmaps and technical needs for execution of new customer communication programs.
Perform as the central project manager for each communication program, identifying key team members, achieving agreement on your strategies and tactics, and identifying the goals and corresponding roadmaps to get the work done.
Execute against the go-to-market plans for each customer use-case on fast-paced timelines, navigating and resolving unforeseen hurdles and the complexities of large cross-functional projects.
You will drive business results and gain powerful insights and foundational lessons to inform ongoing infrastructure solutions. You are the ambassador of this work to partners and leadership.
