This is precisely the mission of Unified Communications product area, as part of Digital Workplace, where this job position belongs to.

The purpose of this role is taking full ownership over some tools and services related with Unified Communications, which are essential for adidas employees in their daily work. The product owner will have full responsibility from gathering user/business needs and designing solutions based on them, to their proper availability, reliability, and performance. As part of a larger team, she/he will support Senior Product owner in the area, on same activities, for lager products.

Key Responsibilities:
You will join a product’s area team of talented and passionate professionals, working on first line, critical services with high visibility and impact in business activities.

As product owner, you will have direct responsibilities for tools as: Microsoft (MS) Outlook (any platform) and its plug-in(s) (Find Time…), MS Bookings, MS Whiteboard, Miro and ZOOM, at global scale. Those responsibilities will include:

Driving operations for the backend platforms supporting them, making sure operations team performs them properly.

Leading troubleshooting of issues and problem resolution related to them.

Escalating issues, by opening tickets or making ops team to do, to the respective vendor.

Design, configure, develop, and maintain comprehensive data analysis for them.

Identify, plan, and implement security, governance and lifecycle processes, including automation. You will be the main interface for IT Security and Data Privacy topics related to the tools in scope.

Provide consulting to business areas (directly or indirectly through the regional hubs) on how to use the tools for fulfilling their requirements and collect feedback to improve them.

Keep regional hubs counterparts properly informed about any aspect (from roadmaps to issues) related to those products.

Support the training and adoption team in the activities related to the tools in scope, triggering actions when required (e.g., global communications, adoption process due to new versions…)

Maintain a proper and updated documentation for every product in scope: team internal (for managing), and for end users (for using them).

Support Project Management teams on planning and developing projects where the products in scope are required, leading the technical part of those and contributing to their success.

As member of a bigger area, you will support other Senior Product Owners in Unified Communications area when required, in areas as MS TEAMS and MS Exchange related services, e.g., CAB meetings, troubleshooting, designing and supporting broader UC solutions (beyond your product ownership) …

What we are looking for:
College or university degree with focus on IT or equivalent.

Min. 5 years of IT experience, at least 2 in relevant area.

Proficient spoken and written command of English.

Strong interpersonal and communication skill. Ability to communicate complex topics in a simple way.

Proactive, self-dependent, problem solving skills and hands on attitude.

Ability to drive initiatives from formulation of problem up to successful resolution by collaboration with various involved parties.

Excellent organizational, analytical and documentation skills.

Ability to work in a physical and virtual team in a highly multicultural environment.

Ability to cope with change, make decisions and act comfortably when confronted with risk, uncertainty, and problems.

Teams (or Skype for Business) managing & administration.

Microsoft technologies: Azure (Functions, Automation, Storage, Active Directory) PowerShell Scripting, PowerBI, PowerAutomate, Windows and Office

Microsoft Exchange (onPrem / onLine)

Networking: LAN/WLAN/WAN, QoS, Wireshark.



Agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban (valuable)
