Job Description
YOUR ROLE AND IMPACT FOR THE BUSINESS
You will work closely with the founding team and other internal/external stakeholders with the following in mind:
The role requires creating, managing and prioritizing the product and platform backlog
Supervise and advise the scrum teams (composed of internal stakeholders and external vendors) to develop go to market expectations for product launch; Manage the product development team (with vendors) to create a strong end-product
Keep a sharp eye on competitors and the market to spot technology trends and new solutions and drive significant competitive differentiation to drive adoption
Help implement the product’s functionality and features and works on a day-to-day basis with the engineering and marketing teams among others. Answer customer-oriented questions and write detailed user stories that captures what a user does, needs to do, or wishes to do. Define succinct UX flows and diagrams to inform engineering, operations, risk, and sales teams among key stakeholders
Once product is developed and launched, help on-board customer on to the platform and identifying any custom needs.
Nurture ideas and solutions to existing customer problems; develop new customer stories and use cases that would drive scale adoption. Extract and retrieve information and data sets to improve upon customer experience and value proposition
Schedule and lead meetings to identify issues and manage projects
WHAT YOU WILL BRING

Above average energy, curiosity and readiness to learn about new trends in fintech/Insurtech to apply them for
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a product owner in digital domain preferably in financial services; Successful track record of developing products within deadlines
Strong knowledge of Agile principles and project management
Technical knowledge and skills in web-based frameworks and tools
Excellent attention to detail; Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Change management skills – Ability to work with and lead cross functional teams without formal authority; Ability to work with international teams and cultures
Fluency in English; Master’s degree preferred
